These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShatkonaLife website and mobile application (the "Platform"), operated by Fasciamax Shatvayu Private Limited ("We", "Us", or "Company"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract. You represent that you are physically and mentally fit to use our services. If you are a parent or guardian accessing services for a minor, you agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
Tanman offers an ecosystem for self-management of fascia pain, fibro fog, and burnout. Our services include personalized programs, journaling, somatic education, and teleconsultations. AI-Assisted Features: AI-generated outputs (chatbots, recommendations) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical or professional advice. You must independently verify all AI-generated information before relying upon it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You shall not have more than one active account, and you are prohibited from impersonating others or sharing account access. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Charges for services are as indicated on the Platform and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). You are responsible for all fees incurred. Membership sessions and subscriptions are non-transferable. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled through your Account Settings before the renewal date; no refunds will be provided for partial terms.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: defaming, harassing, or threatening others; distributing viruses or malicious code; reverse engineering the software; or attempting unauthorized access to our servers. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free or meet specific expectations. Participation in any fitness or wellness program is voluntary and carried out at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasciamax Shatvayu Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
All content, including text, videos, graphics, and code, is the exclusive property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
